Searider Refurbishment Rib-retubes

This Searider was brought to me to have a full refurbishment, new deck and new tubes.

The deck had been painted with different paints and was peeling.

All the paint was removed from the deck and sides then re gelcoated black with a blue nonslip gel coat inside.

Old tubes were removed and replaced with high quality thermo welded PVC tubes.

This rib was a little worse for wear the tubes were still in good condition but needed a little TLC. 

The deck is where most of the work was needed.

The deck was painted several times with different nonslip paints which caused a lot of flaking.

All paint was removed then a nonslip gel coat applied. 

The tubes were still in fairly good condition if not slightly neglected, they were tidied up and had some nonslip wear patches fitted on the topsides of the tubes which looked great.
